1. Service Relationship & Brand Ownership

HippoSign is a specialized software brand owned, operated, and maintained by MailHippo, Inc. ("MailHippo"). Throughout this site and the HippoSign application portal, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to MailHippo, Inc.

By using the HippoSign website and our secure web-based application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by the Master Service Agreement and the Terms of Service of our parent company, MailHippo, Inc.

2. Nature of Service

HippoSign is a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to facilitate secure electronic signatures and document management.

  • No Software Downloads: Our Service is entirely cloud-based. Users are not required to download or install any executable files (.exe, .dmg, etc.) to use HippoSign.
  • Secure Access: All user interactions occur over encrypted connections via our secure portal at https://secure.hipposign.com.

3. Legal Agreement & Incorporation by Reference

Because HippoSign is an integrated product of MailHippo, our legal framework is centralized to provide the highest level of security and compliance consistency.

By accessing HippoSign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms hosted on the MailHippo corporate domain, which cover:

  • User Conduct and Account Security

  • Subscription Billing and Cancellations
  • Data Processing and Compliance (including HIPAA and GDPR where applicable)
